Hydro-Jetting Services

ABOUT OUR SERVICE

What is Hydro-Jetting?

Hydro Jetting is a non-invasive plumbing solution that removes severe clogs and blockages, grease and grim buildups, debris, tree roots and foreign material obstructions from your drain lines, sewer lines or septic system.  It involves the use of high-pressure pin hole sized water jets that help propel and rip through whatever is in its path at up to 20GPM and 4000 psi.

Advanced Professional’s Exclusive Hot-Jetting Service!

Advanced Professional Home Services is one of NJ’s only certified Hot-jetting service providers. Unlike traditional cold-water hydro-jetting, “Hot-jetting” – the industry’s most innovative jetting methodology- employs superheated water to unclog the toughest of blockages and scrub pipes clean as no other jetting method can.

The benefits of hot-jetting don’t stop there. Hot-jetting also supplies environmentally friendly jetting that displaces the need for harsh, toxic chemicals by using all natural, superheated water. No harsh chemicals. No toxic odors. Just clean, high-powered, superheated water designed to get your plumbing running, and keep it running, at peak performance.

Hydro-Jetting vs. Chemical Drain Cleaners

Chemical drain cleaners are a quick fix to blockages in your drains. The active ingredient, lye, eats away at clogs, making it a convenient, often cheap way to get your drains back up and running fast. However, the chemical also eats away at your pipes. In addition, it creates an environment perfect for hair, grease, and other materials to get stuck, creating more clogs. On the other hand, Hydro-jetting is a safe, effective method that blasts away years of blockages. It also does more than just clear our drain, and actually smooths the interior of your pipes preventing organic and inorganic material from being dislodged.

Does My Home Need Hydro-Jetting?

Advanced Jetting NJ Experts

Maintaining your drain lines will go a long way in eliminating blockages, and prevent sewage backups. It is currently the only effective method used for cleaning sewer lines, often caused by grease, tree root invasion, and other materials. There are various occasions in which you may want to use hydro-jetting. Our licensed professionals can help you determine if hydro-jetting is right for your situation.

Benefits of hydro jetting include:

  • Uses zero chemicals: Unlike store-bought drain cleaners, which contain chemicals that can eat away at your pipes, causing more harm than good, hydro jetting is chemical-free.
  • Long-lasting results: Instead of constantly chasing a clog, hydro jetting will nip these problems in the bud, leading to more consistently clear drains.
  • Quick service: Far from the extensive dig up process needed for sewer line repairs, hydro jetting can be done quickly and cleanly without any downtime.
  • Safe for your pipes: When done by a trained professional, hydro jetting can clear your pipes of debris safely and effectively, which not only helps with water and waste flow, but also increases the longevity of your pipes and cuts down on your water bills, as your system is now more efficient.

Minimizes future breakdowns and extends the life of your sewer and drain system

Sewer Cleaning

Your sewage system is the primary vehicle for removing waste from your home or business on a subterranean level. On a weekly basis, tons of gooey, toxic materials are moved through your sewage system. Human waste, organic waste and debris of all kinds have a tendency of clinging together to create blockages that impede or even stop normal waste waterflow. When severe clogs occur that ordinary drain cleaning methods can’t handle, Advanced Professional Hydro-jetting Service provides the solution.

Think of hydro-jetting as pressure washing for the interior of your pipes – only more powerful.

Septic Cleaning

When your septic system is functioning as normal, waste materials are passed through underground pipes to be broken down by bacteria in a drain field. Overtime the main lines and laterals in your septic system can become clogged by debris or corroded by build-ups of grease, gunk or grim.

Three signs your septic system requires hydro-jetting include: slow drainage of household water, unpleasant smells in your home and water seeping up from your drain field.

Advanced Professional Contractor’s Hydro-jetting Service is the best way to remove obstructions, eliminate foul odors and optimize your septic system performance.

Preventative Maintenance

Preventative maintenance is perhaps the smartest way to keep lines clean and blockage-free, guarded against future breakdowns – and primed for optimal performance.  Overtime, the complex maze of pipes in your system can “shrink in diameter” due to the build-up of grease and gunk reducing water flow and adding undue pressure that can crack pipes. Seasonal hydro-jetting of your system is the best way to prevent a costly breakdown, before it happens.

Preventative hydro-jetting maintenance is perfect for old homes, businesses and restaurants.
