Check hot water temperature.
Inspect traps under sinks.
Inspect garbage disposal if applicable.
Visually inspect water filtration systems if applicable.
Inspect water treatment equipment if applicable.
Inspect well tank if applicable.
Visually inspect sump pump and/or ejector pump if applicable.
Air Conditioner
Inspect all connections.
Clean condenser and coil.
Remove any debris from in and around the air conditioner.
Inspect system for any leaks.
Check levels of refrigerant. (If levels are low then the home-
owner will be notified and advised of additional costs.)
Inspect registers for air flow and temperature. Advise home-
owner if a duct cleaning is recommended.
Recalibrate the thermostat.
Realigning any bent fan blades.
Check ambient temperature throughout home.
Replace a standard 1” filter. If any other larger it will be at an additional cost unless supplied by the customer.
Boiler
Inspect around and under your boiler equipment for leaking
water.
Inspect gas line, water line and emergency shutoffs.
Check temperature readings and/or pressure readings to make
sure all are within the designed range.
Inspect the burner flame.
Clean burner assembly.
Inspect radiators and valves.
Check system for any error or service codes on the display
panel if applicable.
Make sure venting is not obstructed.
Inspect the combustion air opening for blockages.
Check for vibrations and noises on equipment.
Check all valves, fittings, piping, drain line, drain system, and
drain trap for blockages on a condensing boiler drain trap for blockages on a condensing boiler.
Clean and flush system on the condensate system if necessary.
Check low water cutoff.
Test safety and operating controls.
Check all wiring and electrical components.
Furnace
Change of filters up to 1” standard filter. Anything larger will
be at an additional cost unless provided by the customer
(There is an additional fee for cleaning electronic air filters.)
Activate burners and inspect the flames.
Clean burner assembly.
Inspect gas line.
Complete a CO2 check.
Test for any air leaks on plenum and seal if necessary.
Check registers for proper temperature and air flow. Will notify
homeowner if a duct cleaning is recommended.

Check ambient temperature throughout the home.
If there is an external thermometer on the furnace, we will
